Yoga at the Cause, Thursdays 7pm-8.30pm
Our yoga classes are quiet and non-competitive. The sessions combine energising, dynamic exercise with restful relaxation postures.
We are inspired by the teachings and books of BKS Iyengar, particularly Yoga Vrksha, which clearly explains the aspects of holistic health found through Yoga.

“Yogatree” is a local business run by Lydia and Edgar who have been teaching Yoga in Chippenham and the area for almost 10 years.
The classes are held in Chippenham, Corsham and Biddestone. They also teach pregnancy and private classes in their home. They also run and teach workshops and special events, including the WOMAD music festival in Gloucestershire.
