Buddhist Meditation

Buddhist Meditation @ The Cause

Meditation classes at The Cause are held on the second and fourth Monday of every month, from 7.30-9pm (except Bank Holidays). Led by Becky Maybury,  these classes draw teachings from various Buddhist scriptures and aim to provide insights into the mind and how it works.

With these tools of Buddhist psychology and philosophy, one can acquire the ability to develop the qualities of a mind and guide it to ever deeper levels of inner peace and bliss. In this way, one can greatly improve the our own quality of life and bring real benefit to the people around them.

Each class is self-contained (drop-in to any) and consists of guided meditations, a talk, and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Refreshments are provided and everyone is welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.

We request a facility fee of £6 per class, however no-one is turned away for lack of funds. For more information, contact beckymaybury@gmail.com.
