This form of T’ai Chi is a quiet meditative set of movements developed years ago by Taoist Monks in China.
Recent research has shown these movements to be beneficial to health in many ways: by promoting mind and body harmony, by being particularly helpful for balance (so avoiding falls), helping to reduce high blood pressure, and easing stress and worry.
The classes are run by Valerie Light on a Friday at 9.00 -10am and 10.15 -11.15
