Rag and Bone started as a Theatre Company in 2011, and has evolved to include Dance and Art workshops. Their ethos is inclusive and creative. The ideas of the young people are used to create work for the community, both inside local venues and for outdoor performance. To date, they have created around 12 theatre performances – written and devised by the company, 6 street performances, performed in Flashmob’s, taken part in a Museums Alive performance and performed a potted Romeo and Juliet at the Trowbridge Diversity Festival.
We are dedicated to making up performance work with the young people at the heart of what they do. They will get involved in any local event that they can, and love to perform outside as well as inside theatre venues. The ages guides and are flexible, dependent on experience and need. Disability isn’t a disadvantage. Everyone is welcome to join us, as long as we are able to accommodate you, and you are happy with us. Get in touch!
